I’ve had a Lego Ideas project up for a while now. Lego Ideas is something of a crowdfunding site for Lego MOCs (My Own Creations) that people post in the hopes of getting 10,000 supporters and a chance to have their project made into an official Lego set.
My project is a trebuchet, a medieval siege engine used in city and castle sieges. It’s similar to a catapult, but uses a counterweight and sling, rather than a twisted rope torsion mechanic and bucket to hurl a missile.
